Bürglen site acquisition strengthens our logistics capabilities

At the beginning of February 2026, we fully acquired the approximately 36,000-square-metre Lorze site in the Bürglen industrial zone. This secures a strategically important location for the long term and creates a solid foundation for the further development of our logistics business.

We have already been using several buildings and halls on the site since 2019. With the acquisition, we can further expand our existing activities in a targeted manner and offer our customers even greater flexibility.

Today, the Bürglen site offers around 20,000 square metres of heated warehouse space. These facilities are suitable for both conventional pallet storage and large, heavy goods such as machinery, steel components or other oversized goods. Thanks to modern infrastructure including heavy-duty forklifts, crane systems and efficient loading ramps, smooth handling of goods is ensured.

In addition to storage, we offer a comprehensive range of modern logistics services in Bürglen. These include goods receipt and incoming inspections, storage and retrieval, order picking as well as IT-supported warehouse management. The rental of office and commercial space is also possible.

The Bürglen site is ideally connected to our transport network, enabling efficient and reliable handling of national and international transports.

With the acquisition of the site, we are expanding our total warehouse capacity to more than 100,000 square metres and creating additional capacity, particularly for large and oversized goods. At the same time, we are responding to the growing demand for flexible logistics solutions in the region.

In the coming years, we will gradually modernise and further develop the Bürglen site. This will create the conditions for continued growth and enable us to offer our customers attractive and efficient logistics solutions in the future.
